For one of our top global clients, we are looking for a PMO Lead with experience in change management based in Colombia, to join a long-term strategic project within a general digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic regional PMO/CMO partner for Business and Digital leaders, providing visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
- Manage regional risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
- Drive and ensure compliance with global governance, reporting, quality, and delivery standards.
- Lead Organizational Change Management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of implemented changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business, IT/Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, P&C;, and other key stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years experience leading PMOs, portfolios, or transformation programs in complex international environments.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery across large multi-country programs.
- Hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management and transformation adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing,



and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details

- Location: Bogotá (100% remote with occasional onsite visits)
- Start Date: September 2026
- Duration : Long-term with option to extend
- Contract Type: Service Contract with Huxley
