About the Role

We're looking for a Red Team Operator to join our Cybersecurity team and lead authorized adversary simulations that evaluate and strengthen our organization's security posture.

In this role, you'll emulate real-world attackers by conducting offensive security engagements across endpoints, identities, networks, cloud environments, and applications. You'll also design and maintain the infrastructure that supports red team operations while collaborating closely with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response teams to improve defensive capabilities.

What You'll Do

- Execute authorized Red Team operations following real-world adversary techniques (MITRE ATT&CK;).
- Perform end-to-end offensive engagements including reconnaissance, initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, command & control (C2), and defense evasion.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Red Team infrastructure including C2 servers, redirectors, domains, DNS, VPNs, proxies, TLS configurations, and cloud resources.
- Develop, customize, and adapt payloads and offensive tooling to bypass modern security controls such as EDR, antivirus, email security, identity protection, and network defenses.
- Build and leverage AI-powered offensive security workflows to accelerate reconnaissance, attack-path analysis, tooling, and reporting.




- Assess AI applications and agents for security weaknesses and exploitation opportunities.
- Analyze security telemetry to identify detection gaps and partner with Blue Team functions during purple team exercises.
- Produce clear technical documentation and executive reports with actionable remediation recommendations.
- Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to the continuous improvement of Red Team capabilities.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or Adversary Emulation.
- Strong understanding of:

- Windows & Linux environments
- Active Directory
- Networking protocols
- Authentication and Identity Systems

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Command & Control (C2) frameworks and offensive infrastructure.
- Programming or scripting experience in one or more of the following:

- Python
- PowerShell
- Bash
- Go
- C#
- C/C++
- JavaScript

• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM platforms, and security telemetry analysis.
- Experience using AI-assisted security tools or automation is a strong plus.
