You'll accelerate real estate investment growth by connecting professional buyers and wholesalers.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities

- Make outbound business-to-business calls from a provided daily queue to two audiences: property investors and investment companies (cash buyers), and real-estate wholesalers.
- Never call homeowners.
- No lead hunting.
- Work from our provided scripts.
- With buyers, introduce our off-market deal service and interview them on exactly what they purchase (areas, price range, rehab appetite, funding, timeline).
- With wholesalers, introduce our buyer desk and get us added to their VIP buyer list so their Texas deals come to us.




- Enter every answer into our CRM (GoHighLevel — we train you).
- Log every call outcome, same shift.
- Book follow-up calls and hand warm conversations to the desk.
- Hand-dial 100+ calls a day.
- Follow our compliance one-pager exactly (do-not-call handling, what you may never say on a call)—signed day one, zero tolerance.

Requirements:
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
- Real B2B, sales, or support calling experience you can talk about.
- Availability overlapping US Central business hours at least 6 hours/day, weekdays.
- Comfortable with manual dialing and detailed call logging.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset.
- Rule-follower by temperament: the script and the compliance sheet are not suggestions.
- Bonus if you know real-estate investing terms (wholesale, assignment, ARV, buy box) — not required; we teach the vocabulary.
