About the Role

- We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to support real estate investment transactions from contract to closing.
- The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with real estate investors and investor-focused transactions.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.
- Track critical deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing requirements.
- Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, title companies, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and maintain transaction files and documentation.
- Ensure all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.




- Monitor transaction progress and proactively resolve issues that may delay closing.
- Maintain transaction records and update CRM and project management systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to real estate investors and acquisition teams.
- Follow up with all parties involved to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate.
- Experience supporting real estate investors and investor-focused transactions.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and transaction management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wholesaling, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, or other real estate investment strategies.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, title processes, and closing procedures.
- Experience working with U.S.-based real estate investors or investment firms.
