The Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA) ensures high quality in different environments throughout the development lifecycle.

Understands the four main QA Activities: planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation. The QAA can use at least one test design tool, such as TestRail, Jira (ATM), Bugzilla, Quality Center, etc. The QAA should be comfortable working with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, PHP, and Java,



know about mobile technologies (e.g., iOS/Android), and be fluent in case management tools like SpiraTest or Testlink.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
