Project Manager Specialist

Location: Bogotá - 3 days on site / 2 days work from home

Experience Required: 6-8 years

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Specialist to support the delivery of medical communications programs for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, excels at stakeholder management, and can independently lead multiple projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are executed successfully.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Account, Scientific, Creative, Editorial, and Finance teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and workflows.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of medical communications materials, including slide decks, congress activities, advisory boards, KOL programs, videos, and digital content.
- Support project scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Lead status meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to client processes, compliance requirements, and internal best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.




- 6-8 years of project management experience (required).
- Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical brands (required).
- Experience with scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management (required).
- Experience managing projects with US-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams .
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk mitigation.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, or healthcare agency environment.
- Experience supporting promotional medical communications initiatives.
- Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Veeva.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients such as Lilly and other integral healthcare organizations.
