The Role:

Production Coordinator

Summary of the role:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating all production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. This role oversees production planning, resource allocation, team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational objectives and business goals.

The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing productivity, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration,



and performance.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Operations

- Coordinate production activities to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Optimize resource utilization and monitor production performance to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.

Team Leadership & Employee Development

- Lead and develop production teams, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee training, performance, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Promote a safe work environment and continuous compliance across production operations.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and process optimization activities.
- Monitor operational KPIs and provide reports to support decision-making.





Requirements:

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or related areas.
- Experience coordinating production teams and operational processes.
- Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, and operational management.
- Experience working with quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production management tools is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the coffee, food, agricultural, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
