Product Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help define how we position our solutions in market and bring them to customers.

This role works closely with sales, consulting, delivery, partner teams, and marketing to develop clear messaging, strengthen go-to-market alignment, and improve how we communicate value to enterprise buyers.

The right candidate can take in complex information from across the business, identify what matters most, and turn it into focused messaging and practical go-to-market direction. This person should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, influencing across teams, and helping drive clarity in areas where priorities or messaging may still be evolving.

This role will also help establish and grow the product marketing function over time, including helping guide a small supporting team.

What You’ll Do

Messaging & Positioning

- Develop positioning and messaging for solutions, offers,



and strategic initiatives

- Translate technical capabilities and consulting expertise into customer-facing business value

- Help define how solutions are packaged and presented to the market

- Improve consistency in how teams communicate with prospects and customers across the buyer journey

Go-to-Market Strategy & Alignment

- Partner with sales, consulting, delivery, partner teams, and marketing on go-to-market planning and strategic initiatives

- Identify gaps, overlap, or inconsistencies across offerings and recommend improvements

- Help align teams around target audiences, customer problems, and market priorities

- Contribute to launches, strategic initiatives, and broader go-to-market planning
