Role Description The Proactive Online English Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, one-on-one English lessons via a remote virtual classroom environment. This contract role includes planning and conducting lessons aligned with CEFR levels, adapting teaching materials to individual student needs, and monitoring progress through consistent assessments and feedback. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing lesson plans, teaching live online sessions, documenting performance, and communicating regularly with students to support motivation and learning outcomes.

The teacher is expected to maintain a professional online presence, use the platform’s tools effectively,



and collaborate with the academic team when needed. As a remote position, the role requires reliable availability during scheduled teaching hours and effective time management.

Qualifications

Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with a solid foundation in Education principles.

Ability to design and adapt Lesson Planning to different CEFR levels and individual learner needs.

Excellent Communication skills for clear explanations, constructive feedback, and learner engagement.

Proficiency in online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms; comfortable with remote work technology.

Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and/or degree in Education, Languages, or a related field preferred.

Experience teaching English to diverse age groups or backgrounds, ideally within CEFR-based curricula.

Strong organizational skills, reliability in honoring scheduled classes, and the ability to work independently.

Stable internet connection, quality audio/video equipment, and a quiet environment suitable for online teaching.

From monday to friday 7 pm to 10 pm
