Principal Architect at BairesDev

As a Principal Architect, you will lead the design of comprehensive technical solutions across diverse systems and technology stacks. You will act as a key technical leader, ensuring that complex software architectures align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of integration and scalability.

What You'll Do

- Architect and govern end-to-end technical solutions that span multiple organizational units and technology ecosystems.
- Define and implement robust architectural patterns and integration strategies to streamline complex system communications.
- Provide strategic technical leadership to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders on long-term technology roadmaps.
- Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges by applying deep fluency across various software stacks.




- Standardize architectural practices to ensure system reliability, security, and performance across the entire enterprise.

What We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Systems Design.
- Proven expertise in designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology stacks and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in software architecture patterns and integration design.
- Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional relationships and stakeholder alignment.
- Extensive experience in system design, problem-solving, and technical fluency across diverse technical environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
