About The Role

As a Supervisor within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring all operations are performed satisfactorily and that your team is operating at its full potential. You will also be relied on to help set up new processes and ensure teammates are informed and trained on all changes to their workflows. You will help develop the team’s culture, coach teammates, and be a liaison with other departments and with leadership within Pre & Post Route Operations and Live Ops as a whole.

Compensation

30K COP per hour, we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in our Emprendu85 office is required. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
