We are looking for a dedicated and patient‑focused Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, provide expert clinical guidance to patients, and uphold high standards of pharmaceutical care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Please note: This is an onsite position due to the nature of the work (dispensing, patient counseling, medication verification, supervision of pharmacy operations).

What You’ll Do

- Accurately review, interpret, and dispense prescription medications.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and adherence.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Pharmacy and federal pharmacy regulations.




- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and manage inventory.

Qualifications

Required:

- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
- Active Pharmacist license in Arizona (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting.
