About the Role

We are a fast-growing AI marketing automation platform that helps enterprise marketing teams run high-velocity, full-funnel campaigns. Through its Managed Growth service, our team acts as a client's dedicated marketing partner — producing hundreds of static and video ad assets a month and rigorously testing them to maximize performance.

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Designer to join our creative production engine. You'll be a core part of the team turning strategy into scroll-stopping paid social creative for Meta and TikTok, working across both US and European client accounts. This is a high-volume, fast-iteration seat: you'll ship a lot of ads, watch how they perform, and use that feedback to make the next batch better. What You'll Own

- Design and produce paid social ad creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns, from concept through final export.
- Edit short-form video ads in CapCut — hooks, pacing, captions, and native-feeling cuts built for the scroll.
- Build static and carousel ad creative in Canva, following brand guidelines while iterating quickly across variants.
- Adapt creative for both US and European audiences — adjusting messaging, tone, and visual style to fit each market.
- Produce creative at volume to support rapid A/B testing across multiple concepts, hooks, and formats.
- Collaborate with strategists and campaign managers to translate performance data into new creative directions.




- Keep output 100% on-brand and compliant across a portfolio of concurrent client campaigns.
- Stay current on Meta and TikTok ad formats, specs, and creative trends to keep work feeling native to each platform. What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience designing performance/paid social creative, ideally in an agency or in-house performance marketing team.
- Strong, demonstrable CapCut skills for short-form video editing.
- Strong Canva skills for fast, polished static and carousel ad design.
- A portfolio showing paid social ad creative built specifically for Meta and/or TikTok — not just general design work.
- Experience designing for both US and European audiences, with an eye for cultural and market nuance.
- Comfort working at high volume and speed without sacrificing quality — this role produces a lot of creative.
- Ability to take performance data and creative feedback and turn it into sharper next iterations.
- Strong written English for briefs, feedback loops, and cross-team collaboration.
