Order Management Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Own the end to end execution of complex order lifecycle operations that directly impact revenue accuracy, customer experience, and financial integrity across the Americas region. This role ensures that every order is processed, validated, and billed with precision, enabling seamless customer onboarding and sustained business growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk,



Revenue, and Customer Success, you will influence cross functional alignment and drive operational excellence at scale. At Genesys, we are transforming how organizations connect with customers through AI powered experiences, and this role plays a critical part in ensuring those experiences begin with flawless order execution. You will gain visibility into enterprise level operations while strengthening your expertise in SaaS order to cash processes and financial controls.
