What we need you to tackle

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring structure, drive execution, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. This person will own operational processes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure teams execute against company priorities while continuously improving systems and workflows.

Profile & Key Competencies

- 8+ years of experience as an Operations Manager , Business Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or in similar operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organizations.
- Strong operational mindset with a bias for action, capable of translating strategy into execution while creating structure and accountability.
- Outstanding communication and executive presence, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build trust quickly.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo by identifying opportunities for improvement, driving change, and implementing scalable operational solutions.
- Strong organizational diagnostic skills,



with the ability to quickly assess how a business operates, identify operational bottlenecks, inefficient processes, and root causes of performance issues.
- Experience evaluating organizational performance by distinguishing whether challenges stem from processes, organizational structure, systems, or people, and recommending practical solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Ability to design, optimize, and document scalable processes that improve efficiency across multiple departments.
- Highly analytical with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support executive decision-making.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple strategic initiatives while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning leadership and cross-functional teams without relying on hierarchical authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and sound judgment.

Preferred Background

- Experience working in medium-to-large organizations with well-established operational processes before transitioning into high-growth environments is highly valued.
- Background in marketing, consulting, financial services, or other business functions that provide a broad understanding of how organizations operate end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformations, optimize business performance, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting executive leadership through operational planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
