In this role, you'll work closely with our global teams to support the growth of our ocean import business by delivering competitive pricing solutions and exceptional service.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to and manage daily quote requests supporting our integral ocean import business.
- Source competitive rates from ocean carriers, CFS providers, and trucking partners using rating tools and CargoWise.
- Analyze routing options and provide the best pricing solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Apply strategic thinking to revise quotes and maximize customer value.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
? What You Bring
- Experience in ocean freight pricing, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ocean cargo operations and routing.
- Experience with CargoWise is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Advanced English level (required).
