About The Role In this role you will help shape cloud-native healthcare solutions that support safer patient care and operational excellence. You will take ownership of building secure, reliable, and user-friendly software that delivers critical operational insights for healthcare professionals while contributing to high-quality engineering practices that support evolving business needs

Responsibilities

- Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and React to deliver scalable solutions that support evolving business and product requirements

- Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and REST APIs, taking ownership of secure, reliable, and maintainable application capabilities that enable enterprise software

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by contributing to technical solutions, architectural discussions, and design reviews that support business goals and long-term product success

- Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React to provide a consistent and user-focused experience across the application

- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS cloud environments to support scalable and reliable software delivery

- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines together with automated testing practices to strengthen software quality and delivery efficiency

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and backend issues to improve application stability, performance, and maintainability.

- Perform code reviews, share technical expertise, and leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot,



to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency

Requirements

- Strong experience in full-stack software engineering, including hands-on development of enterprise-grade or SaaS applications

- Advanced proficiency with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core

- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Solid knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component-based development, responsive UI design, REST API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture

- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and relational or NoSQL databases

- Solid experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical challenges and deliver effective solutions across frontend and backend components

- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining high engineering standards

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

- Previous experience with healthcare, compliance, security-focused, or other regulated-industry products (as an advantage)
