Lumitrio is a Colombia-based technology services company that supports businesses across the Americas through data, technology, ERP solutions, and specialized talent.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Material Master Data Coordinator to manage accurate and timely material master data requests across ERP, MDM, and PLM platforms.

Important:

Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory for this position. Applicants who are not fluent in both languages will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

- Create, update, extend, and discontinue material master data in ERP and MDM systems.
- Apply material standards related to naming, attributes, units of measure, packaging, MRP, procurement, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data-quality checks, document defects, and support audits and corrective actions.
- Manage requests and SLAs from intake through release, providing status updates and escalating risks or blockers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate data setup.
- Support ERP initiatives, including data cleansing, load validation, cutover, hypercare,



and defect triage.
- Maintain procedures and recommend automation or process improvements.

Required qualifications

- Fluent Portuguese and English are required. This is mandatory!
- Experience in master data operations and SLA management.
- Experience with SAP MM/MDG, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a queue-based or ticket-driven environment.
- Knowledge of material master data and its impact on planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of data governance, workflows, and change controls.
- Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or scripting.
