Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email)
- Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
- Support website updates and basic SEO
- Track performance and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, conversions)
- Manage and optimize incoming leads from campaigns and vendors
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in digital marketing + lead generation
Working Knowledge Of
- Funnel and landing page creation
- Website management + SEO fundamentals
- Google Ads / Meta Ads
- CRM systems and call tracking tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Reliable remote setup (fast internet, professional workspace)

- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rates
- Campaign performance / ROI
Must Have
- Proven digital marketing & lead generation experience
- Strong paid ads expertise (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
- Funnel, landing page, and basic website/SEO knowledge
- Strong analytical skills + CRM/reporting proficiency
Nice to have:
- Experience with multiple marketing channels (email marketing, automation, or multi-channel campaign coordination)
- Advanced SEO or technical website optimization experience
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (beyond basic reporting dashboards)
- Experience working in fully remote, vendor-based, or offshore team setups
- Experience with Podcasts / Webinars
