We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives across Colombia and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and schedule social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Colombia and the U.S. markets.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Support marketing automation initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify or similar tools.
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content,
including graphics and short-form videos.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related areas.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and digital advertising concepts.
- Experience working with AI tools for marketing and content creation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required).
Plus
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
