? Position Details
- Location: Remote – Colombia
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CDT)
- Contract: Indefinite Term
- Salary: 3.200.000 Cop
? What You'll Do
- Monitor and track freight shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Provide proactive shipment updates to customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Identify shipment delays or service issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate shipment information and update the TMS with real-time status changes.
- Communicate with carriers to verify load progress, PODs, and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and company procedures.
✅ What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in Track & Trace, Logistics Coordination, Dispatch, or Freight Brokerage .
- Experience working with TMS and GPS tracking platforms .
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- English Level: B2 or higher.
