We are seeking an exceptionally talented Lead Motion Designer to join our global Creative and Marketing team.

In this role, you will devote your efforts to sophisticated visual storytelling, modern video production, and turning complex technology concepts into engaging motion experiences. You should excel in a fast-paced atmosphere, applying generative AI with responsibility, cooperating across varied specializations, maintaining rigorous project structure, and delivering high-end creative results within challenging timelines.

Responsibilities Convert nuanced B2B and technical concepts into engaging, emotionally rich visual narratives through intentional storytelling, design thinking, and skilled motion work

Deliver polished motion graphics under compressed deadlines while responding adaptively to shifting creative direction and stakeholder feedback

Move fluidly between Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to assess storyboards, develop key visuals, animate static designs, and partner directly with designers, marketers,



and creative leads

Prepare well-organized After Effects projects that can be easily picked up, updated, expanded, and passed along across international creative teams

Fold generative AI into brainstorming, concept exploration, asset production, and workflow execution while safeguarding proprietary information, brand identity, and intellectual property

Create engaging motion content tailored to today's social platforms, balancing technical specifications, viewer behavior, and rising creative trends Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in motion design or a closely related creative discipline A minimum of 1 year in a people management or team leadership role, overseeing a team of 5 or more full-time employees

Demonstrated portfolio featuring motion graphics work across editorial pieces, branded content, social media, or corporate storytelling

Full command of animation fundamentals including timing, easing, pacing, rhythm, visual weight, and cinematic transitions

Solid design foundation with a strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling basics

Refined project organization abilities, with the capacity to build scalable,



cleanly structured projects containing organized assets, reusable templates, clear composition hierarchy, manageable expressions, and thorough layer naming

Proficient use of generative AI paired with strong creative judgment, leveraging AI to accelerate creative delivery while staying aware of its limitations, copyright issues, and brand consistency

Ongoing enthusiasm for changing visual styles, social platforms, filmmaking techniques, and cutting-edge creative technologies

Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, alongside collaborative workflows in Figma

Confident English communication skills at B2 level or above, in both written and spoken formats We offer International projects with top brands
