Lead Boomi Integration Developer (Salesforce)

- Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Required)
- CEFR 1 or 2 Required English Proficiency
- Location: Remote (Nearshore) – Candidates must currently reside in one of the following Latin American (LATAM) countries: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, or Bolivia.
- Work Schedule: Candidates must be available for U.S. Eastern Time Zone (ET). Flexible schedule outside of the required overlap. Occasional participation in scheduled production release windows may be required.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Boomi Integration Developer to help establish and scale an enterprise integration platform supporting Salesforce and other business-critical applications within a large financial services environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a new integration foundation using Dell Boomi AtomSphere , develop reusable integration patterns, and deliver enterprise-grade integrations in a growing, cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Build reusable integration frameworks and standardized Boomi process templates.
- Configure and manage Boomi environments,



including Atom/Molecule runtimes and environment extensions.
- Develop and deploy enterprise integration solutions following established governance and release processes.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, exception handling, and reprocessing capabilities.
- Translate evolving business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Recommend integration best practices and help establish development standards.
- Support deployment planning and production readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of enterprise integration development experience.
- Extensive recent hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere , including:
- Process development
- Connectors
- Environment Extensions
- API Management
- Atom/Molecule runtimes
- Error handling and monitoring
- Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Required)
- Strong Salesforce integration experience using Boomi, including:
- Salesforce Connector
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Bulk APIs
- Platform Events
- Sandbox vs. Production environments
- Security Tokens
- API Limits
- Experience designing integration solutions from ambiguous or evolving requirements.




- Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work IST hours with 3–4 hours of daily overlap with the US Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services or Payments industry experience.
- Azure-hosted Molecule or private runtime experience.
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs.
- Boomi API Management.
- Gearset experience.
- SailPoint or Identity Management integrations.
- EDI integrations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data models (Accounts, Contacts, Cases).
