I’m helping Redwood Construction find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Land Development/Construction Admin + Cold Calling .

You will drive real estate development projects by managing the full lifecycle of land acquisition.

Compensation:

USD 4 - 10/hour

- Commissions (~USD1K/hour)

Remote (anywhere)

What makes you a strong candidate:

- You are an expert in Real estate sales, Land acquisition, Cold calling.
- You are proficient in Suppliers, Geographic information system (GIS), Construction administration, CRM, Budget.
- English
- Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

What you'll do

Find deals

- Hand-pick vacant lots, teardowns, and development land on the maps.
- Run DD (GIS,



flood, zoning).
- Pull comps.
- Skip trace.
- Load into our CRM.

Close deals:
- Find buyers for what we wholesale.
- Open title.
- Drive every deal to the closing table.

Support the build:
- Send plans to subs/suppliers for bids.
- Collect COI + W-9s.
- Find new crews.
- Order materials.
- Track permits, draws, and budgets.

Requirements:
- Real estate and/or construction experience (mainly real estate).
- Excellent English.
- Strong phone skills (you'll be calling US subs, suppliers, and leads).
