Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies for the LATAM market, with a focus on user acquisition and trading volume growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and local crypto partners.

- Identify new partnership opportunities and manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to execution.

- Expand and strengthen the company's presence within the LATAM crypto ecosystem.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize growth campaigns.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify new opportunities.

- Achieve business growth targets through effective partnership development and execution.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships,



Growth, or Sales roles within the crypto/blockchain industry.

- Strong understanding of the LATAM crypto market and local trading communities.

- Existing network with KOLs, affiliates, influencers, traders, or crypto communities is highly preferred.

- Proven experience in partnership development and achieving business growth targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

- Good English communication skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
