Kubernetes Engineer at BairesDev
As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will lead the operations and administration of container orchestration platforms at scale. You will act as a vital link between cloud infrastructure and application delivery, ensuring that our containerized environments are resilient, secure, and highly available.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters across major cloud providers like EKS, AKS, and GKE.
- Design and implement robust networking configurations using various CNI plugins to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Strengthen the security posture of the container platform through rigorous access controls and policy enforcement.
- Streamline application packaging and deployment processes by developing and maintaining complex Helm charts.
- Optimize cluster performance and resource utilization to support high-traffic, production-grade workloads.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide architectural guidance for containerized services.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Proficiency in container technologies, specifically Docker and cluster lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes networking, including CNI and security implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Helm and service mesh tools like Istio or Linkerd.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
