Junior Financial Analyst in Cali, Colombia
We are looking for a recent university graduate eager to grow professionally and contribute to the development of our innovative impact finance firm. The Cali office has six full-time team members covering Latin America, supported by remote colleagues in strategic locations.
As a Junior Financial Analyst , you will support investment sourcing, analysis, monitoring and administrative tasks essential to maintaining smooth operations. The position is planned to start by August 2026, with flexibility to discuss start dates with the adecuado candidate.

Requirements to apply:
a) University degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance or in any other relevant field.
b) Up to 1 year of experience in financial analysis, investment, or related fields, with a preference for exposure to SMEs, Venture Capital or agriculture. Relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered.
c) Good financial acumen including knowledge of accounting, valuation, and Excel modelling, plus a proven interest in social and/or environmental challenges .
d) Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish , with excellent writing abilities. An exchange program or professional experience in an English-speaking country is considered a plus.
e) Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
f) Being from or living in Colombia for the last 3+ years is a requirement.
Specific responsabilities include:
a) Participating in investment analysis activities and supporting the investment decision process.
b) Assisting in monitoring the current investment portfolio.
c) Maintaining, preparing and presenting detailed investment documentation on the portfolio companies for FairCapital Management.
