Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (last-semester students may apply)
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing roles
- Experience with billing and invoicing processes
- Knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial record management
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Main Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end billing and invoicing process
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Review financial data to identify billable and non-billable items
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Assist the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics GP for reporting and financial updates
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and standards
