ERP Functional Analyst to provide day-to-day functional support for its JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system. This is not a development role; the focus is on production support, troubleshooting, and assisting business users with ERP issues, primarily within the Finance modules.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve user tickets.
- Support Finance business users.
- Analyze ERP issues and recommend solutions.
- Participate in small enhancement projects and testing when needed.
- Work closely with Technical and Development teams to resolve system issues.
Required Skills
Must Have
- JD Edwards (JDE) functional experience
- ERP production/support experience
- Financial module knowledge
- Strong communication and end-user support skills
Highest Priority The hiring manager emphasized that JD Edwards experience is the most important qualification. Candidates should already understand JDE navigation and functionality.
Financial Modules
Experience with all modules is not required.
Priority order
1. General Ledger (GL)
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
4. Fixed Assets (FA)
GL experience is the strongest differentiator.
Technical Expectations
- Functional support—not coding.
- Basic SQL knowledge is sufficient.
- SQL is mainly used for simple queries and troubleshooting.
- Advanced programming skills are not required.
