Responsibilities and more:

Role Overview

- We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:




- Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device provisioning.
- Document recurring issues and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
