Senior IT Project Manager – Sales Technology Transformation

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale Sales Technology transformation initiatives for a global enterprise.

This is not a traditional IT PM role . The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial technology projects that support Sales Operations, Order Management, digital transformation, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the enterprise rollout of a Sales Order Management platform.
- Manage multiple concurrent Sales Technology projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external vendors .
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support organizational change, user adoption, and enterprise-wide technology rollouts.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving toward successful delivery.

Required Experience We're specifically looking for candidates with experience leading projects involving one or more of the following:

- Sales Order Management (OMS)
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)



/ Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
- Commercial or Sales Technology platforms
- E-commerce or Omnichannel solutions
- ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Enterprise software implementations and rollouts
- Digital Transformation initiatives
- Change Management and User Adoption
- LEVEL ENGLISH B2

Ideal Background Candidates should demonstrate experience with:

- Large enterprise implementations
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Matrix organizations
- Budget, risk, RAID, and dependency management
- Executive-level communication
- Vendor management
- Managing multiple concurrent projects

Important Note This position is not focused on CRM implementation alone . While experience with Salesforce or Oracle is beneficial, the primary focus is on Sales Order Management, commercial business processes, enterprise order processing, omnichannel platforms, and Supply Chain integrations .

The client is looking for someone who has personally led these initiatives—not someone with only PMO coordination or project administration experience. This expectation is consistent with the screening guidance provided for the role.
