IT Healthcare Analyst

We are looking for Healthcare Analysts interested in transitioning into healthcare technology and healthcare information systems.
This opportunity is idóneo for professionals with experience in pharmacy operations, medication management, clinical support, pharmaceutical processes, or healthcare operations who are looking to expand their careers into healthcare IT. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in Epic's Pharmacy module, where they will learn medication-related workflows, pharmacy operations, and end-user support within one of the leading electronic health record (EHR) platforms in the United States.
Following training, candidates will support healthcare organizations by assisting with user education, workflow optimization, documentation, and operational support. Key Responsibilities
Support pharmacy and medication-related operational workflows within Epic.
Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and operational teams to improve workflow efficiency.
Assist with medication management workflows, documentation, and operational procedures.
Participate in system testing,
workflow validation, and implementation activities.
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation.
Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users.
Help optimize operational processes and promote user adoption of new technologies. Requirements
Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical operations, medication management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, healthcare operations, or clinical support.
Experience working in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, or healthcare-related organizations.
Experience creating documentation, SOPs, training materials, or educational resources is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English level (C1 preferred).
Interest in transitioning into healthcare technology.
Ability to work on-site in Bogotá. Nice to Have
Experience training users, facilitating workshops, or onboarding new employees.
Experience with healthcare software, EMR/EHR systems, or enterprise healthcare applications.
Background in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare fields.
Experience supporting operational change, process improvement, or technology implementations.
