Conduct creator discovery using platforms like Resonate and influencer databases. Execute creator outreach using pre-approved templates; manage follow-ups and negotiations. Track and manage outreach status and documentation in real time. Conduct initial pre-vetting of creators and document rationale for vetting decisions.
What We're Looking For
0–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, digital media, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong prioritization and time management skills.
