About the Role
- Role: Incident & Change Manager (ICM)
- Location: Contract (Remote)
- Employment Type: Contract for 1 year and good chances of extensions
Responsibilities
- Manage production incidents from identification through resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Monitor incident progress and provide timely status updates.
- Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions.
- Maintain operational dashboards and incident reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support post-launch operational health.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Incident Management, Production Support, Release Management, Product Operations, Commercial Operations, or Technical Program Management.
- Experience supporting SaaS, Cloud Services, or Enterprise Software environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience using IcM or similar incident management tools.
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and reporting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting products or commercial product launches.
- Knowledge of subscription lifecycle, licensing, billing, or cloud operations.
- Experience with Azure Consumption.
- Experience driving operational improvements and process optimization.
