We are hiring a full-time Marketing Content Creator & Graphic Designer to create polished written and visual marketing materials across a variety of channels. Much of the foundational content, messaging, copy, and strategic direction will be provided by executive leadership. This person will be responsible for taking that source material and refining, organizing, designing, and adapting it into professional content for different audiences and marketing channels.

This role requires someone with strong editorial judgment and visual creativity who can also develop original content and copy when needed. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion, contributing your own ideas, and working with limited supervision. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and receive direct guidance, coaching, and mentorship with the opportunity to expand your capabilities and take on greater responsibility as the company grows.

Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm MST.

Salary: $1,600/mo

Key Responsibilities:

- Transform content, copy, concepts, and strategic direction provided by executive leadership into polished marketing materials
- Edit and refine source content for clarity, consistency, grammar, tone, audience relevance, and brand alignment
- Adapt core messaging across websites, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, presentations, advertisements, video scripts, and educational materials
- Create professional graphics and other visual assets for both digital and print applications
- Develop original content and copy when needed rather than relying exclusively on leadership-provided material or AI-generated output
- Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through completion
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and communication channels
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts
- Present ideas, recommendations,



and project updates clearly and professionally
- Incorporate feedback while demonstrating independent judgment and creative problem-solving
- Help ensure financial marketing materials follow applicable compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting mutually established deadlines
- Organize and maintain content, graphics, templates, and other marketing assets
- Stay informed about developments in marketing, design, technology, AI, financial services, and customer preferences
- Use AI-supported marketing and creative tools for research, ideation, editing, content development, design assistance, repurposing, and workflow efficiency
- Evaluate AI-generated work for inaccuracies or weaknesses rather than relying on AI to replace independent thinking, fact-checking, design judgment, or creative problem-solving

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and deadlines
- Familiarity with AI tools used for marketing, content creation, graphic design, research, and workflow support
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Nice to Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in content creation, marketing, communications, copywriting, or graphic design
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Experience using content management systems such as WordPress
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media publishing tools
- Experience creating or designing marketing materials for technology companies
- Experience working with financial institutions, financial services companies, life insurance organizations, or investment-related businesses
- Experience creating content or designs for professional or business services companies
- Familiarity with life insurance, investment, and financial services terminology
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations affecting financial marketing
- Experience producing video, presentation, or other multimedia content
- Experience working directly with executives, sales professionals, and subject-matter experts
