What the day will look like The IT Governance Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional governance activities across LATAM, providing support to regional IT teams in areas such as budget management, performance measurement, risk and cybersecurity oversight, vendor contract governance, and internal/external audits. This role ensures the availability of accurate reporting and insights to support decision-making and interactions with global Steering Committees (SteerCos). Lead the planning, management, and monitoring of IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) across LATAM subregions, driving efficiency and financial performance

Define, track, and report strategic IT performance metrics (KPIs), providing visibility into regional technology operations and outcomes

Maintain and govern the regional technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation initiatives

Oversee IT risk,



cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and audit activities, ensuring compliance with established plans, controls, and documentation requirements

Serve as the primary liaison between LATAM IT and global stakeholders, including Steering Committees, Finance, Procurement, and Strategy & Transformation teams

Manage key vendor relationships and contracts, conduct performance reviews, and support procurement processes, including purchase order governance and service performance monitoring.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in leadership roles within IT Governance, Strategic PMO, Technology Consulting, or related functions

Experience in IT service contracts, vendor management, and technology governance frameworks

Advanced English proficiency (required for regional and global reporting). Portuguese is a plus 2580392
