You'll accelerate loan closings by architecting high-impact automation and CRM workflows.

- You are proficient in Zapier, Workflows, Webhook, Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA), Short Message Service (SMS), Pipelines, OneDrive.
- You have +2 years experience in GoHighLevel (GHL).

Responsibilities and more: System Blue Solutions places vetted virtual assistants with U.S. companies. We're hiring a GoHighLevel VA, you'll own the side of the lead-to-funding pipeline: keeping data clean, automations running, borrowers nurtured, and loan officers closing instead of doing data entry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the GHL sub-account: contacts, custom fields, tags, smart lists, duplicate prevention, weekly data audits.
- Build and maintain separate pipelines for residential, commercial and business loans with accurate stage movement.
- Build workflows using triggers, conditions, wait steps, if/else branching and custom values.
- Run speed-to-lead, nurture, appointment-reminder, document-chase, post-close and referral campaigns across SMS, email, voicemail drop and WhatsApp.
- Connect GHL to Floify, Calyx Point, Airtable, Notion and OneDrive via native integrations, Zapier, Make and webhooks so data flows once.
- Manage calendars, round-robin routing to loan officers, and no-show recovery.
- Build funnels, landing pages and forms. Monitor the unified inbox and respond or route within SLA.




- Handle A2P 10DLC registration, LC Phone/Email setup and sender reputation.
- Deliver weekly pipeline reports and monthly performance summaries — with recommendations, not just numbers.
- Document every automation and recurring task as an SOP in Notion.

REQUIRED — applications that don't clearly show these won't advance
- 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel as an admin, VA, agency operator or in-house CRM manager. Not classroom-only.
- Documented GHL training or certification. You'll be asked for proof.
- Ability to build workflows, pipelines, custom fields, calendars, forms, funnels and snapshots unsupervised.
- Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC, SMS compliance and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warm-up).
- Zapier or Make, webhooks, CSV import/export, API-key connections.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll talk directly to U.S. borrowers and loan officers.
- Available 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, 40 hrs/week, reliable on Slack or WhatsApp.
- Reliable computer (8GB+ RAM), 25/10 Mbps internet with backup, headset, webcam, private workspace.

NICE TO HAVE Mortgage or lending experience • Calyx Point, Encompass, LendingPad or Byte • Floify • Airtable, Notion, WhatsApp Business • AI tools for content, call summaries or data cleanup • data migration between systems.

COMPLIANCE — NO MARGIN FOR ERROR

You'll handle SSNs, income docs, credit data and bank statements.

- Sign an NDA and data-handling agreement before any system access.
- Respect GLBA, TCPA (consent, opt-outs, quiet hours), ECOA/Reg B and TRID timing.
- MFA and a password manager on every account. Private workspace, no public Wi-Fi.
- Never export, copy or screenshot borrower data outside approved systems.
