Sales & Business Development Colombia Onsite Lead Permanent Aug 5, 2026
What You'll Do
Design and execute strategic projects to unlock sales productivity across four integral regions. Own the enablement and rollout execution for initiatives from the Strategy & Operations team, creating clear materials and driving adoption. Communicate effectively across all levels, adapting presentations and training for diverse audiences. Scale successful frameworks globally while identifying best practices from other regions.
What We're Looking For
Experience in consulting, sales enablement, or a client-facing role with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint and strong writing skills for creating playbooks and training materials. Experience in designing and delivering commercial trainings, with fluency in English required.
What We Offer
This role is based in our Bogotá office location, requiring onsite work five days a week. The company offers a collaborative environment with support from experienced colleagues to help you learn and grow.
