We’re looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to join Source Meridian.

We are laser focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability.

About the role You will lead a team of nearshore developers and QAs, along with a project manager on providing software development services to a client based in USA. The client company is about remote patient monitoring, using web and mobile technologies.

Required Qualifications - 10 years of experience and minimum 4 years leading teams - Strong with Python Django framework using vanilla HTML, JS, CSS templates and ReactJs embedded.





- MySQL and Postgres Databases.
- Amazon Web Services - Containerization with Docker and other container technologies - Object Oriented design and development - REST API design and development - Experience with Celery or similar - Linux/Unit command line scripting - Healthcare, FHIR or HIPAA-regulated environment experience - B2+ or higher english level Nice to have - PHP - Java - Go - MySQL - Docker What We Offer Permanent contract High-impact projects in the healthcare industry Learning and continuous growth environment Competitive salary based on experience Collaborative and international team Apply only if you reside in Colombia or Ecuador
