? What is the challenge about?

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of food products at our plant, leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Management Systems (FSSC 22000 and GFSI). Your mission will be to protect consumers, guarantee regulatory compliance, and foster an active culture of quality and food safety across all operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- ? Lab Management & Analysis: Coordinate the microbiology laboratory, interpret analytical results, and manage programs to prevent physical, chemical, microbiological, and allergen contamination risks.
- ? Management Systems & Audits: Lead the documentation and implementation of the HACCP plan, prerequisite programs, and handle internal, external, and customer audits.
- ? On-Site Decision Making: Hold authority to halt production processes and hold non-conforming products whenever food safety is compromised.
- ? Operational Control & Suppliers: Oversee Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs,



cleaning and sanitation procedures, and evaluate critical supplier performance.
- ? Leadership & Culture: Continuously train plant personnel, lead the Food Safety Committee, and mobilize cross-functional teams to build active commitment to quality standards.

? Must-Have Requirements:
- ? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology , or related fields.
- ⚙️ Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP (BPM) , and GFSI-recognized schemes .
- Solid background in interpreting microbiological analysis and current food legislation.
- ? Experience: Solid track record leading food safety and quality management in food manufacturing plants .
- ?️ Language: B2 - C1 English Level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced fluency for reporting and cross-functional interaction).
- ? Key Skills: Influential leadership, effective communication, results orientation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
