Félix is hiring a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the compliance roadmap. You will translate strategic priorities into concrete, trackable projects, working with Engineering, Legal, Product and external vendors to accelerate compliant initiatives. You will report to the Compliance Ops Manager and help build scalable processes, maintain visibility over team work, and navigate cross-functional dependencies in a fast-growing fintech environment.
