Want to do controlling where it actually moves the needle, in a growing subsidiary backed by an international group? SII Colombia is looking for its next V.I.E Financial Controller ! Your Missions SII Colombia is part of the SII Group International Zone, present in around twenty countries.

You will report to the local Controlling management and work daily with the zone finance teams and with the Colombian operational teams. The subsidiary is growing and the structure is lean, which means a broad scope from day one and direct contact with the people who make the decisions.

Your Role Will Be Structured Around Two Main Areas FINANCIAL CONTROL Support the accounting team through the monthly close: data collection, validation and P&L; analysis

Contribute to the annual budget and rolling forecasts

Optimise the invoicing process

Work hand in hand with operations on project financial monitoring: margin, progress, budget deviations OPERATIONAL CONTROLLING AND DATA Act as a true business partner to local management and operational teams: turn their needs into steering tools and challenge their figures

Build and maintain the Power BI dashboards covering key financial and operational indicators

Design new reports and dashboards to cover the blind spots in the subsidiary's steering

Ensure the reliability of non-financial data and the correct use of the ERP and group tools by the teams

Contribute to cross-functional projects across the International Zone

Master's degree in finance: business school, CCA, DSCG or equivalent

First experience in controlling, FP&A; or audit

Spanish at B2+ to C1 level: you will work in Spanish with the local teams from day one

English at B2+ to C1 level: the working language with the International Zone

Strong Excel skills. An appetite for automation and data (VBA, Power BI, Power Query) will make a real difference
