? About the Role

Working in close partnership with our Senior Finance Systems Admin, you'll provide critical US timezone coverage, share the system administration workload, and build crucial team redundancy. You'll serve as a technical accounting liaison — owning Salesforce Billing configurations (GL Rules, Revenue Recognition, Tax), identifying system gaps, and ensuring seamless data flow from Salesforce directly into our ERP, Sage Intacct.

✅ Share the operational load with our Senior Admin and provide critical backup

✅ Act as the technical accounting filter for Salesforce Admins on Rev Rec and billing logic

✅ Ensure new product launches don't break GL syncs or downstream flows

✅ Gatekeep financial configurations so systems are built right from the start

? Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Act as the primary liaison to the Salesforce IT team for technical accounting configurations





▪️ Identify gaps in system logic and propose solutions aligned with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards

▪️ Partner with the Senior Finance Systems Admin to manage daily operational load

▪️ Own and manage the Avalara integration for US and Canadian taxes

▪️ Monitor and support payment flows through Asperato and Stripe

▪️ Own and maintain logic tables in Salesforce (GL Rules, Treatments, Finance Books)

▪️ Ensure flawless transaction accuracy between Salesforce and Sage Intacct

? What We're Looking For:

▪️ Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of IFRS 15 / ASC 606

▪️ Experience with Salesforce Billing configurations

▪️ Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Sage Intacct

▪️ Experience with tax integrations (Avalara) and payment platforms (Stripe, Asperato)

▪️ Comfort working across US timezones

▪️ Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish

▪️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
