Overview

We are hiring a sharp, detail-driven Family Law Case Coordinator to manage file preparation, client discovery, calendar logistics, and administrative compliance for a fast-paced domestic relations practice.

This remote position is adecuado for someone with prior U.S. family law experience who thrives on keeping case files organized, tracking complex deadlines, and maintaining seamless legal administration.

Primary Duties

- Legal Documentation: Produce, review, and format family law pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and formal correspondence using firm templates.
- Discovery Processing: Examine incoming case files, compile evidentiary records, and audit financial disclosure materials for complete accuracy.
- System Management: Oversee daily case tracking, file updates, and client record maintenance inside Clio.
- Calendar & Communication:



Track court dates, depositions, and statutory deadlines in Microsoft 365; serve as a reliable liaison for routine client status inquiries.
- Process Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality standards and verify that all outgoing filings comply with practice policies.

Required Profile

- Experience: 1+ years in a U.S. Family Law practice environment (California experience highly valued).
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Clio (CMS) and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word).
- Language: C1+ Advanced/Fluent English fluency with a strong foundation in standard legal terminology.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational habits, high speed with zero compromise on accuracy, and strong self-management skills in a remote setup.

Work Parameters

- Position: Full-time (100% Remote)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST
- Compensation: $1,600 – $1,800 USD/month
