We’re Hiring: Estimator Assistant (Remote – Colombia)
At JJAS Door Installations, Inc., we’ve been serving South Florida since 2005, specializing in Division 8 construction — doors, frames, and hardware for schools, hospitals, and government projects. We’re a family-run business built on honesty, integrity, loyalty, and commitment.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Estimator Assistant to join our remote team.
What You’ll Do
- Support Estimators with takeoffs, submittals, and orders
- Track project documents, addendums, and RFIs
- Communicate with vendors for pricing & lead times
- Help keep project logs accurate and organized
- Learn JJAS processes and Division 8 products to grow into your own estimates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Organized and proactive
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear communicator, written & verbal (Spanish and English)
- Prior construction/estimating experience is a plus
- Civil engineering graduate or similar is a plus
