Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals on the proper use of Medtronic therapies and technologies

Deliver specialized clinical support during surgical procedures and in critical care environments, ensuring the appropriate use of medical devices and contributing to improved patient outcomes

Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals, serving as a clinical and technical resource

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies across one or more business units

Participate in congresses, conventions, forums, and clinical events to increase awareness and adoption of Medtronic solutions

Work closely with Clinical Leadership, Clinical Management, and Sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers and end users

Identify business growth opportunities within hospitals, particularly in critical care and surgical settings





Support the adoption of new therapies and technologies through clinical training and ongoing technical support

Serve as a clinical and technical expert to support commercial activities, address specialized inquiries, and strengthen customer relationships

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Experience or familiarity with healthcare environments

Experience providing clinical or technical support for medical devices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

English proficiency at a B2 level
