Descripción del empleo

¿Qué buscamos? Estamos incorporando Camarera con actitud positiva, orientación al cliente y ganas de crecer en el sector hotelero.

Tus Principales Funciones Serán:

- Velar por la organización y limpieza de las áreas públicas (social y servicio) del hotel, en conformidad con los estándares de calidad requeridos por la Marca.
- Capacidad para mantener organizadas las habitaciones y áreas públicas del hotel (social y servicio) según el estándar de la marca.
- Organizar el carro de limpieza, acondicionando todos los materiales, y otros objetos necesarios para los arreglos y limpieza de las áreas públicas (social y servicio) del hotel y de las habitaciones.
- Respetar y seguir los protocolos de seguridad para evitar riesgos en su trabajo
- Mostrar interés a las inquietudes o necesidades que presenten los clientes.
- Además, de las necesidades de mantenimiento de las instalaciones del hotel, así como informar al superior sobre eventuales irregularidades encontradas y objetos olvidados.
- Cuida que la información generada en consultas y aportada por el cliente no se transfiera fuera del contexto de atención.
- Comprender adecuadamente la relevancia de su trabajo para la satisfacción del cliente, generando soluciones efectivas a sus necesidades y siendo un representante Heartist, haciéndolos sentir Bienvenidos y colocándolos en el centro de todo lo que hacemos.
- Ser un agente activo y fiel representante Heartist que ubica al cliente en el "corazón" de todo lo que se hace para que su experiencia sea única e inolvidable.
- Ejecutando otras atribuciones necesarias de acuerdo con la necesidad del área.

Requisitos
- Estudios mínimos Terminación del Bachillerato.
- Habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente
- Actitud proactiva, organizada y resolutiva
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos
