We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Creativity & Web Associate to support the growth of our digital presence. This role focuses on developing marketing materials, improving our website, and contributing to long-term digital projects aimed at strengthening brand visibility and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Creative Assets: Design engaging visual materials (banners, flyers, posters, social media graphics) and produce short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips. Develop visual assets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency of the organization's visual identity across all channels.

Web Development & Management: Support updates to the WordPress site, including design improvements, functionality enhancements, and performance optimization. Design responsive landing pages aligned with marketing and lead generation goals.

SEO & Accessibility: Apply on-page SEO best practices, local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, and NAP consistency), and manage Google Search Console. Ensure all updates comply with ADA accessibility guidelines.

Community Management: Manage social media pages, moderate comments and messages,



and help strengthen online reputation and community presence.

Long-Term Digital Projects: Contribute to broader marketing, branding, and web development initiatives that support the organization’s growth.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a similar role (digital design, web, or content), with a portfolio or work samples at the time of application.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

Experience with WordPress (design, editing, optimization) and knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of on-page SEO, local SEO, and experience with Google Search Console. Familiarity with ADA accessibility guidelines.

Experience using Hubstaff or other task and time tracking tools.

Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the Divi builder in WordPress is a plus.

- Experience with creative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
