What You'll Do
Design the comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for North Latin America, mapping the entire value chain from producer to importer. Support the definition of channel access strategies for PPM and Turf & Landscape segments, providing customer and market insights. Execute agreed channel activation plans for PPM and Turf & Landscape in collaboration with country sales teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Biology, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Direct experience in the floriculture industry in North Latin America, particularly in Colombia. Experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or channel management in agribusiness or related industries.
