What Will You Do The Attorney handles routine general legal tasks under the supervision of the Customer Contracts Team Leadin the assigned Legal Support Center (LSC).

Key Responsabilities

- Draft, Review and negotiate customer contracts and related legal documents in spanish and english.

- Advise Business units on contract risks, regulatory compliance, key commercial and best pratices in both domestic and international markets.

- Collaborate with internal departments to allign business objectices with contratual commitments and minimize legal risks.





- Support contracts lifecycle management and facilitate the enforcement of contract obligations as needed.

- Stay up to date with relevamt laws and regulations for Americas ( North, Central and South America) Jurisdiction - Countries.

- Assist in the continous improvements of contract management processes, pratices and templates.

- Documents lessons learned for sharing within the organization.

Bachelor degree at law.

Experience: 3 years experience with customer contracts.

Professional fluency in Spanish and English: written and verbal. C1+

Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail, team player skills and a pragmatic business approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
